Who is Pools Etc.? Pools Etc Info  A little information about that little ol' pool store in Texas!

  1. Questions in regard to pool / spa care, please check with the Virtual Pool Adviser or the Interactive Glossary first, to see if an article is written on the subject. If not, then send e-mail to poolsetc@poolsetc.com with your query (and, please, out of common courtesy, include a name so that we know how to address you, instead of Rspgl12v@hotmail.com, or we may not answer). Response time varies, but is usually within 24 hrs. to a few days.
  2. SUBJECT LINE MUST STATE: POOL PROBLEM, NOT SPAM! to prevent discard with excessive spam.
  3. Please address all queries in English (or close to it). We are in Texas, and can barely speak English, according to a lot of folks, anything else probably won't get a response as we don't have translators available.
  4. We do not publish, issue, or mail out catalogs. Our only 'catalog' is the on-line version that is on our website.
  5. We do not accept orders or credit card numbers on-line. To place an order with us, either call 972-436-7665 Monday through Friday between 10 am & 6 pm (CDST) or Saturday between 10 am & 4 pm (CDST) and someone will give you personal service and take your order. Or FAX 972-436-5576 (24 hr. receiving), include your name, phone number (daytime), address with zip code, return FAX number for order confirmation, and a request for pricing on whatever you need.
  6. Our site was originally created, to assist our local patrons, but we have collected a great many followers across the world since we first went on-line (we were one of the FIRST businesses with a .com extension, March 1995!) and will continue to provide the best help for people with pool problems, regardless of where they are.
