Howdy!
One of the many differences we have from other pool companies, is our approach. We test all of our products before they reach the shelves, and some of them don't make it to the shelves because they did not work! Be confident, we have used "junk" before, and we make sure our products function in the way they are meant to. We deal only in professional quality merchandise.
We also have a different understanding of what our customers are needing. If a person is intelligent enough, to be successful enough, to be able to afford a swimming pool or spa, they are intelligent enough to maintain it or (in many cases) repair it . Usually, all that is needed to do a professional-like job, is correct information and perspective (although regular practice like service men get, DOES make the job go much smoother!). Common Sense goes a long way! If it doesn't make sense, ask a professional. We may know of a "technique" or trick, that can make the problem area (chemistry, maintenance, etc.) easier or more effective.
We like to compare taking care of a pool for the first time, to driving a car the first time. Remember the first time a vehicle came down the road you were driving on, from the opposite direction? Panic! But now, driving is considered a part of your life, and not one of the more difficult parts at that! Pool care is just like that.
We also train all of our employees from scratch. It takes longer to get a final product (the employee), but they only use the correct way and equipment to accomplish the job (for the customer). If a customer has a question about a pool related problem, we encourage the customer to contact us. Our staff is well trained, by both us and manufacturers of our products, and can answer most questions easily and completely.
