A form of chlorine that uses cyanuric acid as a bond. Usually in granular form, used primarily for "shock" , occasionally for daily chlorination, stabilized (sun protected), long shelf life, usually 93% dichloro, 7% inert, there is great dispute in the way 'active' chlorine is measured.
